TELC is delivered by Carl Duisberg Centren which is a German-based institute offering international programs in language studies, management training, vocational training, study travel as well as German school goers.
Carl Duisberg Centren stopped the language training programs in Iran in 2006, but following expansion of cultural cooperation between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Germany, applicants have the option to sit in the exam in Iran.
Carl Duisberg Centren held the test with cooperation of Irsafam Institute in Iran.
