Extinguishing fire in tower west of Tehran

“Around two in the morning, a fire incident in Chitgar, west of Tehran, was announced and the firefighters were deployed there,” said Jalal Maleki, the Spokesman of Tehran Fire Department.

“Part of the second floor of this residential tower was on fire which was put out through firefighters’ one-hour-effort and was prevented from spreading to other places,” he added.

“Emergency forces are presenting health services to the injured people and the exact number of injured will be specified by the end of the operation,” he further said.
