Explosion in Khuzestan Cement Plant leaves 8 injured

Mir-Kheshti said seven of the injured were burnt and one with concussion for falling from height.

All injured persons were transferred to hospitals in Ahwaz and Ramhormuz cities.

Governor of Haftgel Eshaq Moradi said the incident happened at 12:50 hours because of liquefied materials valve was shut.

He said situation of burnt persons is satisfactory.

Haftgel city is located in east of southwestern province of Khuzestan.
