A total of 39 documentaries will take part in the festival, 21 of them from Iran and the remaining 18 from other countries.

The foreign-language documentaries will be from Mexico, Singapore, Serbia, the Netherlands, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Indonesia, India, the United States, Moldova, Belgium, Spain and Germany.

The event will be held in capital Tehran on November 16-23.

Roshd Film Festival organized by Iran's Ministry of Education mainly centers on films with educational and pedagogical themes.
