The helicopters are to extinguish the fire which started in a difficult-to-pass area, Mehrdad Khazaei, head of Chalus Natural Resources Department told the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) late on Saturday.

When the fire happened, he added, local aid forces were dispatched to the area and tamed it, but the fire started again as the wind increased.
