Austrian cultural figure visits Tehran Book Fair

Talking to reporters, the Austrian official said Tehran Book Fair is much larger than its Vienna counterpart both in area and the number of visitors.

He said that more than 99 percent of Austrian citizens are book readers and 100 percent of them are literate and the number of books presented in Vienna fair is around 45,000 titles.

The Austrian official invited Iranian publishers to attend Vienna book fair in 2019.

The 30th Tehran International Book Fair is being held from May 3 to May 13 in the south of Tehran in Shahr-e-Aftab (Sun City) Complex.
