Amir Kabir University to expand cooperation with Dutch universities

He had a meeting with Iran's Ambassador to the Netherlands Alireza Jahangiri on Friday and discussed ways of developing academic cooperation between Iranian and Dutch universities.

Referring to programs of Amir Kabir University for cooperation with different world universities, Mo'tamedi said an agreement was reached with Delft University of Technology on holding Ph.D courses in energy management and a memorandum of understanding was signed with Maastricht University to hold joint courses, both in the Netherlands.

He said,'We are going to negotiate with officials of two aforementioned universities to fix sabbatical leaves of absence and exchange students between Amir Kabir and the Dutch universities.'

Ambassador Jahangiri expressed readiness for full support of the embassy for academic and scientific contacts between Iran and the Netherlands.
