Iran, Tanzania have old, deep cultural cooperation

He made the remark in meeting with Minister of Culture of Tanzania Nape Moses Nnauye in Dar Es Salaam on Friday.
Turkman said that there are plenty of cultural commonalties between the two countries, which could be appropriate ground for development and growth of cultural cooperation which would increase all-out interactions in other fields.
He called for implementation of already reached agreements for bilateral cultural cooperation and holding cultural week of Iran in Dar Es Salaam and Kilwa cities as well as Tanzanian cultural week in Tehran and Shiraz.
Considering Iran's experiences in the field of advertisement and media, Nape Moses Nnauye expressed interest to use these experiences.
He expressed pleasure for visit of Iranian delegation and called it an appropriate opportunity to develop cooperation.
The two sides also discussed ways for establishment of joint cultural commission.
Iran's ambassador and cultural attaché in Dar Es Salaam was also accompanied by Turkman in the meeting.
