Iranian film makers awarded in Indian film festival

The film “Here” made by Sina Shafiee ranked the first and “Hands for Father” produced by Nasim Madadi was awarded the third prize in the up-to-1 minute category.

The film “Fish and I” created by Babak Habibifar was rewarded the first prize and “The Known Silence” made by Mehdi Ghorban was ranked the third in the up-to-5 minute category.

In the meantime, the short film named “When a Line of Light Shines” made by Shahriar Pourseyyedian was among the films selected by the jury members in the up- to-30 minute category.

The film “Our Little Circle” made by Mohammad Fazel Pouraboutaleb was awarded the first prize and the film “The Steps of One Hand” created by Kioumars Samadi Tari was ranked the second in the up-to-60 minute category.

We Care Film Festival is an international well-known festival specialized on topics dealing with handicap aimed at changing wrong attitudes towards the disabled and efforts being made to change outlooks and the way people treat the disabled.
