In his message which was released on Sunday, Qasemi condoled with the Iraqi government, people and victims of the deadly accident.

Describing the accident as shameful and inhumane, he said the remaining elements of the terrorist groups intend to make up for their failures by conducting blind and aimless terrorist attacks on defenseless and innocent people.

Explosion of a bomb-laden car on Thursday claimed the lives of some Iraqi civilians and injured others in Mosul, northwestern Iraq.
