The United States, according to Trump, has the most connection with heads of Israel, is referring to the presence of Iran in Syria as 'America's Trouble.'
John Bolton announced before traveling to the occupied territories that Donald Trump called on Vladimir Putin this July to cooperate with Washington in order to withdraw Iran from Syria.
According to him, the Russian president stated that although Russia and Iran's goals are not the same, Russia cannot force Iran to leave Syria.
With regard to Putin's remarks, it is worth to mention that the Russian authorities have repeatedly stated explicitly that Iran, Russia and Turkey have disagreements over their interests, but have managed to focus on common interests to resolve the Syrian crisis through dialogue and cooperation.
The White House officials' request, on the other hand, reflects the fact that they are disturbed by the role of Iran in the region and, in order to get rid of this situation, they cannot find a solution other than bringing Russia together, and one way to bring Russia is to impose successive sanctions against this country.
Maria Zacharova, the director for the Information and Press Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, on Thursday, in response to IRNA correspondent who asked Russia's stance on US request to work with the country to withdraw Iran from Syria, said, 'The Americans, if they want foreign troops to withdraw from Syria, it is better to start with themselves.'
He added that the US troops are illegally in Syria, so they must leave Syria.
Zakharova, saying that 'we have asked the Americans to help resolve the Syrian crisis', added, 'If they want to make the issue of cooperation conditional on the withdrawal of others, they must start their own.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, also called for the withdrawal of all foreign forces in Syria without the invitation of the government of the country, in response to John Bolton's statement that the US cooperation with Russia in Syria was due to the withdrawal of the Iranian forces from Syria.
