The Iranian film has previously managed to grab the Best Short Film prize from the London Iranian Film Festival 2017.

The 39th edition of the event is slated to be held on 19-29 July, 2018.

The Durban International Film Festival is an annual film festival that is held in Durban, a coastal city in eastern South Africa’s KwaZulu-Natal Province.

In the meantime, ‘Bitter Sea’, another Iranian short film, by Fateme Ahmadi, has also been accepted into the competition program of the South African festival.
