Ahriz Abdelmoun'aam made the remarks in an exclusive interview with the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) on the sidelines of the international section of the 26th edition of Tehran's Quran Exhibition.
' Undoubtedly, we support JCPOA,' he said, adding that it is Iran’s right to have peaceful nuclear programs.
'We are against US withdrawal from the nuclear deal, since this act not only threatens Iran’s interests but also peace and security in the region,' he added.
He also rejected Morocco allegations regarding Iran and Lebanese Hezbollah supporting Polisario Front, saying Iran and Algeria are the only countries in the region that enjoy security.
Morocco recently cut ties with Iran under the pretext that Tehran and Lebanese Hezbollah are helping Polisario fighters.
Iran Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram Qasemi refuted Moreocco's claims as baseless allegations.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Ahriz pointed to differences among Muslims in the Middle East, saying holding events like Quran exhibition which is a cultural and religious event will help maintain unity among Muslims.
He went on to say that US, the Zionist regime and some regional allies of Israel will benefit from these conflicts.
In the international section of the exhibition, 20 of the most famous Quranic orientalists in the past 200 years are introduced in the form of big portraits.
The achievements and Quranic capacities of world scientific publications are also being introduced in the international section of the Quran Exhibition.
