
Karbalaei made the remarks Friday in a meeting with Iranian Culture and Islamic Guidance Minister Seyyed Abbas Salehi.
During the meeting, both sides underlined increasing cooperation in different fields namely in book exhibitions, meetings, roundtables and religious conferences and also art activities for kids.
Salehi, for his part, expressed readiness for maintaining cooperation in above mentioned fields.
Salehi arrived in Baghdad late Monday on a five-day official visit to the country, accompanied by several of his deputies.
During his trip to the neighboring state, Salehi sat down for talks with top-ranking Iraqi officials, including Vice President Nouri Al-Maliki and First Deputy Speaker of Parliament Sheikh Humam Hamoudi.
