Iranian food festival held in Pakistan’s Karachi

According to details, food festival was organized with the special participation of the Iranian women for the purpose of highlighting the Iranian culture and to celebrate the New Iranian Year.

A Haft-Sin table was also furnished with the traditional seven symbolic items, each beginning with the Persian letter S (Sin).

On this occasion, the wife of Iranian Consul General, senior officials of the provincial government, the wife of the speaker of the provincial assembly, foreign diplomats, Iranian citizens, social and cultural personalities were present.

The guests present in the event were introduced to 30 different Iranian famous food items.
