Iran, Azerbaijan discuss mutual medical cooperation

Haririchi, heading a delegation comprising officials from universities of Tabriz, Orumiyeh and Islamic Azad as well as private sector activists arrived in Baku on Wednesday on a two-day official visit to the neighboring state.

Bolstering cooperation in the fields of health, treatment and feasibility studies on establishing joint treatment centers, cooperation in supplying medicines to special patients, collaboration in the fields of education, research and exchanging students were among the topics discussed during the meeting.

Earlier today, Harirchi sat down for talks with his Azeri counterpart Elsever Agayev.
