1/3 of Iranian prisoners abroad freed or extradited per year

'Based on the agreements between Iran and other countries prisoners' transfer, criminals' extradition and judicial assistance are underway,Hassan Qashqavi told Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) on Monday.

'The process of extradition continues between Iran and other countries,' he said referring to about 3,000 Iranian prisoners in foreign countries.
