Minister: EU states terrified by Trump to expand ties with Iran

Shariatmadari made the remarks on the sidelines of the anniversary ceremony celebrate anniversary of Turkey's Republican Day which was held in Turkish embassy in Tehran on Sunday.

'We are not concerned about Trump's measures with regards to Iran,' he said.

Iran under no circumstances will violate JCPOA, he said, adding that Iran is a stable country with deeply-rooted ties with the world countries.

Trump not only has frightened the European countries, but also other countries of the world to avoid expanding relations with Iran, he said.

During economic sanctions against Iran, Turkey was the best trade partner for Iran, the minister said.

Iran's talks with Group 5+1 (the US, Russia, China, France and Britain plus Germany) on the country's peaceful nuclear program was a win-win game resulting to an invaluable deal named JCPOA, he said.

The future of JCPOA is very promising, the minister said.
