Iran squad snatches 28 medals in Turkey Deaflympics

Iran's medals include four gold, eight silver and 16 bronze.

The medals have been won in various fields such as judo, wrestling, track-and-field, karate, shooting and discus throw.

The 23rd Summer Deaflympics kicked off with the attendance of 107 Iranian deaf athletes in 13 sport fields on July 18. The competitions will be underway until July 30.
