S. African pres. offers condolences on Ayat. Rafsanjani's departure

Meanwhile, President Zuma expressed condolences to the bereaved family of the late Ayatollah and Iranian government and nation on the occasion.
Ayatollah Rafsanjani passed away on Sunday evening at the age of 82 due to cardiac arrest caused by heart attack.
