Int’l lawyer urges all parties to comply with JCPOA

“France says it is attached to the full implementation of the JCPOA [Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action]'which necessitates that Iran continues to respect its commitments,” Reza Nasri said in a twitter message on Friday.

“This is not true,” he said adding that “Iran would only be bound to continue to respect its commitments if all parties - including the US - respect theirs.”

The French Foreign Ministry spokesman in a statement on Friday underlined the need to preserve the 2015 Iran nuclear deal, saying France and its European partners are making efforts in this regard.

The spokesman saying that at present the United States abides by the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) expressed hope that Washington would remain committed to the deal.
