The eighteenth Asian Skating Championship has kicked off on Friday, September 16th, hosted by South Korea in Namwon, and Iran's national skating in speed and freestyle and men and women's hockey teams are participating in the tournament.
Taraneh Ahmadi and Mohammad Salehi were also in the fourth place in the free style and 500 meters in speed section, respectively.

In the Adult Speed Team, Mohammad Reza Abedi Dercheh, Danial Zare, Mohammad Amin Heydari, Mohammad Salehi and Amir Behzadi Borujeni are in South Korea and at Free Style team Sajjad Mohammadi, Reza Lesani, Ali Shojaei, Laya Arabi, Taraneh Ahmadi and Romina Salek compete against Asian rivals.
