The event was held with the attendance of Iran, Nigeria, Belarus, Iraq, Palestine, Russia, Turkey, Lebanon, Syria, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Pakistan, Azerbaijan and Georgia, Head of Alborz sports and youths organization Javad Roustakari said.
He added that Azerbaijan and Pakistan ranked second and third respectively.
He went on to say that 100 male athletes attended the event.
Referring to the fact that Tokima is an Iranian sport, Roustakari said four international rounds of Tokima have so far been held.
Tokima was founded 14 years ago and 20 countries are members of Tokima International Organization.
