Iran wins 5 int'l seats in World Chess Federation

According to FIDE official report, Mehrdad Pahlavanzade, Head of Chess Federation, has been adopted as senior member of the International Chess Federation.

Meanwhile, Shohre Bayat, former secretary of the chess federation has been elected as senior member of the arbitration committee.

Shadi Paridar, deputy head of chess federation, has been appointed as senior member of women's committee.

In the meantime, former head of National Olympic Committee of Iran Mostafa Hashemitaba was appointed as member of educational committee.
