Biralvand with the record of 173 kg in snatch and 216kg in clean and jerk category received three gold medals and ranked first.
He also lifted 205 kg and 216 kg weights and grabbed the gold medal with total point of 389kg.
He had earlier received the gold medal in Tokyo 2017 Youth World Weightlifting Championships, 2016 Georgia Junior World Weightlifting Championships, 2016 Asian Youth & Junior Weightlifting Championships in Japan, 2014 and the Asian Youth Championships in Thailand.
Meanwhile, Hoqouqi lifted 169 kg weight in snatch and 215 kg in clean and jerk and received a silver medal.
The 2019 Asian Weightlifting Championships will be underway in Ningbo, China until April 28.
It is the 48th men's and 29th women's championship.
