In semi-final match, he knocked out Russia and advanced to final match against Azeri rival.
After defeating his Azeri rival, Nouri ranked first in the event.
The event was held with the attendance of 235 Judoka from 35 countries.
The Baku Grand Slam was organized by International Blind Sports Federation, International Judo Federation, National Olympic Committee and Azerbaijan Sports and Youth's Ministry.
