Zionist regime seeking to divide Muslim states: Spox

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has made an unannounced trip to Oman, according to his office, in an apparent sign of warming ties between the two countries.

Asked about Netanyahu’s trip to Muscat, he said that Islamic states should defy US pressure and not allow the Zionist regime to create new problems and sufferings for the region.

“No doubt that Zionist regime is after creating division among Muslim states and masking 70-year of usurpation and massacre of the oppressed Palestinians,” he reiterated.

It seems that since Donald Trump came to power as new US president, he has been lobbying the Zionist regime and pressuring the Islamic states to normalize ties with occupiers of the first Qibla of the Muslims.

“History and experience have it that surrendering to illegitimate demands of the US and Zionist regime will further embolden them to pressure and push their agenda in the region and trample upon rights of the Muslims and Palestinian nation,” Qasemi said.
