Ummah unity need of hour: Pakistani religious leader

In an interview with IRNA, Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen Chief, Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jaffri, added that Muslims have to remain vigilant as the western powers want to rule Muslims by dividing them into small groups.
“Founder of the Islamic Revolution Imam Khomeini has rightly termed the US as the Great Satan and our biggest enemy,” he said.
He went on to say that western powers have weakened the Muslims by diving them into small countries and they have always supported the Zionist Regime against Muslims which shows their ill intentions against Islamic World.
Allama Jaffri added western countries want to capture the assets of Muslim countries along with their energy resources.
The religious leader stressed the need for Shia-Sunni unity to counter all conspiracies against Muslims. He was of the view that Muslims through their unity can emerge as a strong power in the world.
The MWM Chief said there is no sectarian divide in Muslims of Pakistan and they are standing with each other against Takfiriyat. He viewed that unity among Muslims is the super strategy to counter western plots.
