Serbia interested in cooperating with Iran: FM

Ivica Dačić made the remarks Wednesday in a meeting with head of the Iranian parliamentary friendship group delegation Parvaneh Salahshouri.

He referred to his trip to Iran in 2005, and invited his Iranian counterpart Mohammad Javad Zarif to have a trip to Belgrade.

Also on behalf of Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić, Dačić invited Iranian President Hassan Rouhani to take a tour to Serbia.

Dačić referred to the decision that has been made by both countries on visa waiver as sign of friendship between two countries.

He expressed hope for further development in tourism and trade relations.

Meanwhile, Salahshouri referred to Serbia as a especial guest in Tehran Book Fair, and expressed Iran's readiness to promote scientific, educational and cultural cooperation with Serbia.
