
In its latest crimes against Yemenis, Saudi-Emirati warplanes attacked al-Barid neighborhood in Omran city six times, killing nine, most of whom were children and women, Yemen’s Al-Massirah news network reported.
Spokesman for Ansarullah movement Mohammad Abdesslam said that Arab coalition continues committing crimes amid international community’s silence.
Yemeni Health Ministry also denounced the Saudi-led strikes, lashing out at the international community for its silence on the brutal aggression against the Yemeni civilians.
Yemen has been since March 2015 under brutal aggression by the Saudi-led coalition, in a bid to restore control to fugitive president Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi who is Riyadh’s ally.
Tens of thousands of people have been killed and injured in the strikes launched by the coalition, with the vast majority of them being civilians.
The coalition, which includes in addition to Saudi Arabia and UAE: Bahrain, Egypt, Morocco, Jordan, Sudan and Kuwait, has been also imposing a harsh blockade against Yemenis.
