Speaking during her weekly press conference, Zakharova said that Washington’s efforts to scare the Russian trade sector of sanctions for cooperation with Iran are unacceptable and worrying.
Referring to pressure on Russian companies by an American non-profit organization – United Against Nuclear Iran – for stopping cooperation with Iran, the Russian spokeswoman said that this political grouping is going beyond the normal framework of non-profit organizations and their activities overseas.
She said that the US efforts to exert pressure on the Russian trade sector follow the improper acts which have begun since the beginning of the incumbent administration of the country.
The US officials have lost reality in their anti-Iran activities, Zakharova said.
