Rouhani congratulates The Philippines president on National Day

"In the recent years, we have witnessed growing relations between the two countries due to Your Excellency’s independent, popular approach," president Rouhani said in his message.

Hoping that the friendly relations further develop to serve interests of the two nations, he wished his Philippine counterpart health and success and prosperity and welfare for the people of The Philippines.
