Stressing the need for rebuilding damaged residential areas, Rouhani urged interior minister and head of Housing Foundation to do their best in this regard.
Referring to the establishment of a committee comprising elites and experts to study aspects of the flooding, he said that the committee is scheduled to offer solutions and shed light on future.
Rouhani also called on the officials to do their utmost to restore electricity and gas supplies to the affected areas.
