Iranians living abroad should be assumed as an opportunity for the country, Chairman of the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission of the Iranian Parliament Heshmatollah Falahatpisheh said on Sunday.

Iranians living abroad and their capital are protected according to the law, the MP noted.

He said that the Iranians living in other countries have a high position in those countries and they should be highly respected in their homeland.
