Leader appoints new member of Iran cultural watchdog

Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei in a decree, issued on Wednesday, appointed Saeed Reza Ameli as the new member of Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution.

Saeed Reza Ameli is currently teaching communications in Tehran University.

The Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution is Iran's cultural watchdog based in Qom which was established following the victory of Islamic Revolution in February 1979.
