According to Palestinian media ‘Maan’, Zionists’ reconnaissance aircraft fired two missiles toward Resistance forces in Malakeh District, eastern Gaza Strip.
The Israeli army claimed that its jetfighter targeted a group of Palestinian youths who tended to launch incendiary balloons.
This is while Zionist armed forces shot Palestinian protestors in northern and eastern Gaza injuring at least 13 of them.
Based on the report, the Palestinian youth were preparing themselves for taking part in the 25th round of maritime protest in Beit Lahia, northwestern Gaza.
The protestors demanded breaking the 12-year blockade at Gaza border.
Earlier on January 22, the Israeli regime declared start of air attacks on northern Gaza under the pretext of retaliating targeting a Zionist soldier. They killed a Resistance member affiliated to Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades and injured two others in an artillery attack on eastern Bureij.
The great 'March of Return' rallies culminated on May 15 to mark what Palestinians refer to as the Nakba, or Catastrophe, a reference to the forced removal of 750,000 Palestinians from their homes and villages to clear the way for Israel's establishment in 1948.
