Iranians united for homeland: Minority MP

In reaction to US President Donald Trump's recent speech against Iran and the nuclear deal, Esfandiar Ekhtiari in a message said that the President's advisors should remind him that Iranians from every religion, ethnic group or race are united to make Iran's name immortal.

President Trump said on Friday that he will not certify Iran's abidance by the nuclear agreement. He also threatened to roll back the deal completely if the US Congress cannot find a solution to change the deal.

The Iranians would do whatever they can in defending their country, the Zoroastrian MP added.

The US President should know that the Persian Gulf will go down throughout the history, Ekhtiari said in response to Trump's using a fake name for the Persian Gulf.

Trump's remarks have prompted strong criticism and opposition of many figures in the international community. Signatories to the nuclear deal have expressed their support for the JCPOA.
