“Limit”, a seven-minute film, was made by Javad Darai addresses challenges the handicapped people face.

The French festival Entr'2 Marches was held simultaneously with the Festival of Cannes (May 18-24).

The event is the place of a fierce competition of scores of films from some 50 countries. The films should not be longer than 26 minutes and specifically deal with the handicapped people.
