Iranian Deputy FM meets top Omani banking official

Public Relations Department at Iran's Embassy to Muscat said Sarmadi arrived in Muscat at the head of an economic delegation on Tuesday morning and was welcomed by Iranian ambassador to Oman and embassy staff as well as Omani foreign ministry officials.

In an hour after arrival in Muscat, Sarmadi held talks with Al-Amri, discussing ways of expanding mutual banking cooperation.

The visit aims at expansion and upgrading mutual ties.
