US unilateralism is a serious threat against the international peace and security and the world; and in particular, G7 countries are witnessing its examples, Bahram Qasemi said in reaction to an anti-Iranian statement by the G7 countries.

Qasemi described G7 countries' statement as interference, and said that the Iranian people and government will not give up its defensive capabilities and its deterrence missile power.

The US accusations cannot prevent the Islamic Republic's constructive role in the region, he added.
