'Iran's cyber police has established strong relations with Interpol and Europol in 2011 to prevent and confront cybercrimes, conducting research, prosecution of criminals, and protecting social values and legal freedom at an international level,' Kazem Gharibabadi said at the 5th meeting for comprehensive study of the problem of cybercrime in Vienna.

He, at the meeting held on March 27-30, said that Iran has enacted laws in 2004 on recognition of electronic evidences as a step toward protecting individual's information.
