'Although the sanctions have toughened the situation, good decisions have been made toward passing through it,' said Ali Rabiee.
'Today we need to work more than ever,' Rabiee said.
Saying that many of the problems are the results of previous mistakes, he said, 'We are not allowed to make any more mistakes.'
Rabiee is in northwestern Iranian province of Ardebil for a two-day visit.
