Iran parliament speaker hails appointment of Syrian counterpart

In his message to Sabbagh which was released on Friday, Larijani expressed felicitations to Syrian people and government on the recent victories of Syrian Army and resistance against the Takfiri terrorist group of Daesh (ISIS).

Larijani wished for the Syrian government and people to embrace dignity and wellbeing.

Born in 1959, Hammouda Youssef Sabbagh, is a graduate of law.
