
Speaking to IRNA, Head of Qazvin karate committee Hamid Reza Davari said the 2019 Karate 1 - Premier League Shanghai started with the attendance of 543 karate fighters from 76 countries in Shanghai, China.
He added that in – 75 kg weight category, Asgari defeated Morocco, Pakistan, Japan and Turkey and received a silver medal in final match against Uzbekistan.
Meanwhile, Hassan Nia in – 60kg weight category, hit rivals from Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia and Japan, he noted.
After drawing in the legal time against Brazilian rival he received a bronze medal.
