Iran defense minister congratulates his Islamic counterparts on Eid-al-Fitr

Brigadier General Amir Hatami sent his congratulatory messages to Azerbaijan, Iraq, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, Syria, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Turkey, Indonesia and Malaysia.

In his messages, Hatami called on the Muslims to be more united against the enemies' plots.

When the US President Donald Trump ordered relocation of the US Embassy from Tel Aviv to the Holy Quds in mid-May just days after he unilaterally withdrew from the Iran Deal, he showed Washington's practical and all-out support for the Zionist regime of Israel's occupation and aggression against the oppressed Palestinians, said the minister stressing the Islamic Ummah should be vigilant against the enemies' anti-Muslim plans.

Eid al-Fitr is an important religious holiday celebrated by Muslims worldwide that marks the end of the holy fasting month of Ramadan.
