The foreign fishing boat was fishing in Iran's territorial waters when it was seized by the Iranian coastguards, Khuzestan border guard commander told the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA).

General Abdollah Nazarpour said that the detainees have been referred to the judiciary and their boat has been confiscated.
