Int’l lawyer exposes fabricated nature of Israeli PM allegations

Netanyahu claimed Israel has obtained 'Iran’s secret files' which reveal it is still pursuing nuclear weapons program secretly even after the JCPOA came into effect.

Earlier, Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif compared Netanyahu to a liar shepherd who wants to tell lies over Iran’s nuclear drive.

“Senario 1: Netanyahu is probably going to make an allegation against Iran so to set the stage for a request for intrusive inspections. If Iran refuses, U.S would accuse Iran of significant non-compliance with the terms of JCPOA and exit the agreement on this ground,” Reza Nasri said in a Twitter message.

“That was a risky move by Netanyahu. He gave the IAEA and EU the perfect opportunity to debunk his lies, rally round the JCPOA and make it more difficult for Trump to kill the deal. Mr. Amano, it's your turn to speak!,” he added.

“So the archived material Iran allegedly wishes to reuse at a later date to make nuclear warheads were so poorly guarded and accessible at a Tehran warehouse that Israeli agents could actually walk-in, physically seize them and dispatch them to Tel Aviv! OK...,” he noted.

UN nuclear watchdog IAEA has on several occasions verified peaceful nature of Iran’s nuclear program under the JCPOA, to which Iran has remained committed since it went into force.

The JCPOA stands for Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, the official name of the agreement reached between Iran and six world major powers in 2015 to give Tehran sanctions relief in return for scaling back its nuclear program.
