Indian Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj, who traveled to Moscow to prepare a trip by Russian President Vladimir Putin to India, revealed at his meetings that New Delhi, despite the close ties with the United States as Its strategic alliance, in the region Washington called 'India- Oceania', has decided to go its own way and act in accordance with its national interests.

The purpose of Putin's visit to New Delhi next month is to attend the summit of India and Russia.
Indian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Rawish Kumar, in a Twitter message, spoke on Swaraj 's journey to continue strategic promising, prominent, India-Russia strategic partnership in economic and technological cooperation.
He also wrote that Swaraj, in her interaction with Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov, had good talks on bilateral issues and the region.
