Grand Mufti of Lebanon condemns Muslims genocide in Myanmar

He made the remarks in a statement released on Wednesday.

Sheikh Darian called on the Arab and Muslim states to press influential countries to help stop these atrocities.

Noting that the aggression against Rohingya Muslims is aggression against all Muslims, the Grand Mufti said that the global community has to bring the culprits of these crimes to justice.

In the new round of crackdown against Rohingya Muslims, Myanmar Army has reportedly killed hundreds of the country's Muslim minority.

A large number of Muslims have fled Myanmar for Bangladesh.
