
During the demonstration, thousands of protestors underlined Palestinians’ right to return to their homeland.
Health Ministry of Palestine also announced death of two protestors who have been injured last week, raising the casualties count to 31.
During the peaceful protests held by Palestinians in Gaza Strip on Friday morning, Israeli military forces shot dead at least 17 Palestinians most of whom under 16 and injured about 1,500 others. This is while none of the protesters was armed.
“The Israeli occupying forces in the past few days have sent dozens of death threats to the Gazan people, in an attempt to terrorize them and dissuade them from participating in Friday's mass demonstrations,” PIC reported.
“Israeli threats will not succeed in intimidating the Palestinian people who are exercising their right to struggle against occupation, blockade and schemes aimed it liquidating their just cause,” PIC quoted Hamas spokesman Hazem Qasem as saying in Facebook.
